Q. Why did you decide to open a store in Sendai?

The owner is originally from Naruko, Miyagi Prefecture.After graduating from high school, he trained at hotels and bistro in Sendai and went to Tokyo.In Tokyo, the owner has a lot of experience in Japanese and Western cuisine, so when he became independent, he decided to make it a restaurant where he could enjoy French cuisine without hesitation.Please come to the small bistro in Kokubuncho, which is full of insistence.
